Welcome back

Hello there, I thought I would write today on my blog that got all this started. I miss you, so this post is for you, my readers. I would like to catch you up on all my latest news.... Let's begin shall we?
Okay, let's see, the book is finished! I am in the process of editing the book as we speak, and my first reader is reading my book. It's exciting to see and hear how other's like your work. Of course, not everyone is going to like it, let's be reasonable here. Also, people are going to be cruel. I am prepared for that also!
Let's talk about the book for a moment.. I added quite a bit as I have been editing. I was not wanting to add certain parts, so that  I could add those into the second book of the series, but I had feedback asking questions about character's. I gave in.. What? You may have done that too? I will tell you, there is some romance, a murder, a choice, and learning to cope with life as it is thrown Selene's way. (Main character) If you are a female this book will probably be more for you, although I have heard some guy's may like it, but if we are being serious, I am not sure I know too many guy's who read romance novels. IF you are one of them, Thank you!!
I only have one song for this post..
City of Angels- by 30 seconds to Mars (Jared Leto) has an awesome voice! Check them out!
I will also try to keep up with this blog, as much as I do my other! See you all soon!

Greek Influence

Greek Influence

Influences are important to us all. As I touched on in my first couple of blogs that I had a fascination with the Greek Gods and Goddesses, I thought visual aid would help. We might all not understand exactly how the Gladiators were picked or why this was such a sport to them way back when, but it was. From watching the Gladiators to watching Plays, this was something that the Greeks had enjoyed. This picture reminds me of The GODS. Looking at us from Mount Olympus. The beauty that the Greeks had, still have in their culture is to be admired. I may not be Greek, but I can still see the beauty in their past. As we all have a past, and we all have a future. What if you could go back in time? Where would you go? Or maybe a future trip? Where would you like to visit? To see such history in one photo can be astonishing to look back on now. I can picture the massive amount of people climbing up those steps to see the play or the sporting event that was about to take place.

Now, you are probably thinking why Greece? Well, why not? I have never been outside of my country, but to see true beauty across this world excites me! Maybe the country you want to visit I will post a picture from? Or maybe if you are from another country and you would like to see me post a picture from your country well I could do that too. Keep watching, you never know what I have up my sleeve. As usual I most plug the song that made this blog possible today.

We went old school for this one! BUSH - Glycerine If you don't know this song or the band.. give them a listen. Spotify is amazing!!!

What if?

When I was a high school senior we learned about Greek mythology in English class. I remember truly being fascinated by them. Clash of the Titans was the only movie out at the time (1980's version) and although that movie was boring as hell, it was interesting at the same time too. Jump to this century and we now have popular movies of the Greek Gods and Goddesses. It has done them justice I think. Well, as the fascination has grown for me, I decided what if? What if I wrote a book, and made the God's and Goddess's in my book seem more realistic? What if you could take a very different twist to the myth's? What if one day you woke up, and you found out you were something more than just your normal old self?
This was my thought process as I had started to write my book. I hope I do the paranormal world justice. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. See you all on the next installment of my adventure!!
